Description
Summary: The Programmer/Analyst‑Senior modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesCI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, with a focus on automation, reliability, and governance across lower and higher environments.
Environment & Sandbox Management: Maintain consistent and stable Salesforce environments and sandboxes, ensuring correct configuration and alignment across the Copado pipeline.
Continuous Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall Dev Ops and release lifecycle using Copado best practices.
Troubleshooting & Deployment Support: Investigate and resolve deployment issues, provide technical support to development teams, and ensure smooth promotion of changes across environments. When required, open and manage Copado vendor support tickets.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation for release processes, CI/CD pipelines, Copado configurations, and Dev Ops standards. Actively share knowledge across the broader Salesforce COE.

Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, QA, architects, and release managers to align Dev Ops strategies with business and delivery objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of related experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce Dev Ops experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Copado CI/CD, including Source Format pipelines
- 3+ years of experience with Git, Azure Dev Ops, and Git Hub
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops and Agile principles
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and metadata
- Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment
- Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement
- Do the right thing attitude while being a strong team player
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service
