About the RoleTo support our growing Development team, we’re hiring a Developer who can build high-performance law firm websites using our Word Press theme, independently handle client requests, site maintenance, and feature implementation across a large portfolio of websites.
This role is ideal for a developer who is comfortable working across different Word Press architectures, understands how front-end and back-end decisions impact performance and UX, and can execute tasks with minimal oversight. You’ll work across our proprietary Gutenberg-based theme, custom PHP/ACF templates, and select page-builder environments, partnering closely with Design, Project Management, and Senior Developers.
While you’ll continue to grow technically, this role is not entry-level—you’re expected to bring solid judgment, reliability, and the ability to own work from start to finish.
