At Mach7, we’re transforming how healthcare systems manage imaging data. Successful transformation takes more than great technology; it requires strong leadership to guide large-scale, complex initiatives across clinical, operational, and technical teams. That’s where you come in.
Your RoleYou are the strategic driver ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable results. You’ll work across cross‑functional teams, our Code Pilots, Tech Vipers, and ACES, to orchestrate project execution, maintain accountability, and ensure decision‑makers have the information they need.
While you won’t be configuring systems yourself, your expertise lies in program‑level planning, governance, and execution, balancing multiple priorities, anticipating risks, and guiding teams through ambiguity and change.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary program lead for enterprise-scale implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance structures including scope, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and change controls
- Manage dependencies across multiple work streams, ensuring alignment between technical, operational, and clinical deliverables
- Lead stakeholder meetings and executive steering committees, providing clear updates on status, risks, and decisions required
- Partner with customer leadership to ensure business and clinical requirements are translated into actionable deliverables
- Support training, validation, and go‑live readiness to ensure smooth adoption and handoff to operational support teams
Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in healthcare IT or regulated industries
- Ability to balance multiple initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies
- Strong communication skills for executive‑level updates and team alignment
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, change control, and reporting
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
