We’re seeking a Digital Media Specialist VA with proven experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in planning, executing, and analyzing performance across multiple paid media platforms. Responsibilities &

Qualifications:

• Media Planning & Proposal Support: Develop digital media plans based on objectives, audience, and budget. Recommend platforms, forecast reach and performance, and prepare proposals or schedules.
• Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and You Tube with precision.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously track live campaigns and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to improve key KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS).
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and other tools—providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Tracking & Data Management: Verify tag setups, maintain tracking accuracy, and ensure all analytics are properly integrated and functional.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members through project management and communication platforms to ensure seamless coordination.
• 2+ years of experience in paid media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and You Tube Ads.
• Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
• Skilled in analyzing data and making informed, performance-driven decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail in QA processes and budget management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Chat is a plus.
• Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, You Tube Ads, Yahoo DSP
• Analytics & Reporting: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Supermetrics
• Project Management & Communication: Asana, Google Chat
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Singapore Time, UTC +8)
• Rate: $6–7 per hour
