In this high-impact role, you ll be part of a regional Center of Excellence, driving analytics and insights that shape smarter decisions across the Americas. Your work will influence teams spanning Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Operations.

-based commercial stakeholders.

• Champion data-driven thinking by creating content that builds awareness and drives business impact.

• Design and deliver dashboards for reporting, customer targeting, market intelligence, and sales enablement tools.

• Visualize market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions in key markets.

• Leverage AI-driven insights to enhance efficiency and elevate commercial excellence.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing to optimize new product launches and customer targeting.

• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to business processes, systems, and data flows.

• Develop compelling presentations and scorecards to communicate strategy, validate metrics, and track execution and financial impact.

• Bachelor s degree required.

• 3-5 years of analytics experience (Supply Chain analytics preferred).

• Ability to evaluate market potential, segment customers, and prioritize opportunities.

• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable guidance for commercial teams.

• Skilled in problem-solving and storytelling, making complex analytics clear for senior leaders and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with predictive and prescriptive analytics, plus familiarity with Machine Learning concepts.

• Technical proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and advanced Microsoft Office tools.

At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $84, annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
