• Lead and manage data incident response investigations and reporting under legal privilege
• Oversee and maintain documentation on the Privacy and Cyber SharePoint site, including risk metrics and control tower
• Collaborate with cybersecurity subject matter experts on compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC
• Review contracts and subcontract terms to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and compliance-related risk assessments, developing action plans as needed

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in Government contract review, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of experience
• Experience with US Government (FAR/DFAR) and government contract procurement processes
• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and Global Data Privacy Regulations
• Strong investigative, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with cyber and data incident response, including DFARS reporting obligations
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proven ability to make efficient and quick decisions
• Effective team builder and collaborator
