- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, demonstrating progression to senior-level responsibilities
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Salesforce, specifically the Financial Services module
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization/analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with experience facilitating cross‑functional meetings
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analyst, Administrator/Advanced Administrator)
- Advanced experience with business process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies
- Proven experience leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and developing comprehensive test strategies
- Hands‑on expertise with JIRA and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for agile project execution
