Title:
Ping AIC Specialist
This role involves the design, implementation, and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Ping's Advanced Identity Software and Ping Identity's Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) platform with a heavier emphasis on the AIC platform. The role will include the full range of project tasks from design, implementation, Install, configure, and deployment of the Ping One AIC components.
You will be designing and developing software solutions to boost frontline cybersecurity defense. Provide access management consulting services to customers based on the Ping Identity Platform. You will provide advisory services or technical advice to customers and other consultants.
Remote position – work anywhere in the U.S.
US Citizenship is required.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Ping AIC implementation and administration.
- Design, implement, and manage Ping AIC solutions to support business and security requirements.
- Develop and configure Ping AIC workflows, access policies, and role‑based access controls (RBAC).
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation using protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0,
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including identity lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, and compliance.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with IAM best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and operational procedures.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimization.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in identity and access management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role management, and access certification.
- Experience in REST/SOAP APIs for application integrations.
- Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
The annual salary for this position is between $100K- 150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
