• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
• Establish and maintain data entry standards and deduplication processes

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with users at all levels

• Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts and how Apex works with low-code solutions
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, especially as implemented with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
