• Develop and deliver comprehensive business intelligence and analytics to measure member engagement and outcomes
• Analyze member engagement across multiple channels, including application usage and communications
• Produce analytics for client-facing reports, including QBRs and executive reporting
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical management programs
• Partner cross‑functionally to translate business questions into actionable analytics and scalable reporting solutions

• Experience working in the PBM or Health plan space
• Expert level of proficiency with SQL
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4‑8 years of experience in quantitative analytics and advanced analytic modeling for large datasets
• 4+ years of industry experience querying and analyzing pharmacy data

• Proficiency with Python
• Proficiency with dbt
• Proven experience with version control
• Hands‑on AWS experience is a plus
