• Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell motions
• Maintain an expert‑level understanding of the employer's platform, architecture, and API capabilities
• Design, scope, and validate complex technical solutions for customers, including robust API integrations
• Manage critical technical escalations and high‑priority issues requiring hands‑on solutioning
• Create and maintain technical documentation, best‑practice guides, and demonstration scripts for the Customer Success team

• Minimum 3 years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including relevant platforms and tools
• Strong hands‑on experience with REST APIs and comfort in guiding customers on implementation
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in a post‑sales or expansion‑focused role

• Excellent communicator with a structured approach to problem‑solving
• Comfortable in a commercial‑driven environment, effectively partnering with sales and success teams
• Experience with tools like Postman for troubleshooting API issues
• Collaborative mindset, working well with teams across the organization
