Agile Practitioner 3 (RTE) is accountable for driving reliable execution once work is committed, ensuring complex, cross team initiatives are delivered predictably, transparently, and in alignment with business priorities.
Agile Practitioner 3 act as the single point of orchestration across engineering, product, architecture, and finance-translating business intent into executable delivery plans, managing dependencies and risks, and providing clear visibility into progress, outcomes, and impacts.
This role is embedded in day to day delivery while operating within a centralized RTE model that provides consistent standards, development, and escalation support. The Agile Practitioner 3 does not own technical delivery or product prioritization, but partners closely with Engineering Leaders and Product Managers to enable successful outcomes.

* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
- Drive delivery execution across assigned products and programs, managing planning, sequencing, milestones, and release readiness once priorities are committed
- Own cross team dependency management, proactively identifying, coordinating, and resolving delivery dependencies and risks to reduce downstream impact
- Serve as the single point of contact for delivery execution, providing clear, consistent communication and transparency to engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
- Partner closely with Engineering Leaders and Product Managers to translate business intent into executable delivery plans while adapting to product and program context
- Ensure delivery visibility and governance through accurate roadmaps, Rally and Aha hygiene, standardized reporting, and audit readiness
- Enable predictable delivery and financial discipline by supporting reliable forecasting, meeting delivery commitments, and partnering with finance on budget and reporting needs
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, metrics, and execution health through retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt, and shared RTE standards
- Operates at program or multi-team level, not just a single team
- Manages complex dependencies and delivery risk across engineering, architecture, and product
- Scope and assignments flex based on product maturity, demand, and organizational priorities

Required Qualifications- 5+ years of Product and IT experience
- 3+ years of experience leading agile or transformation efforts across business and technology
- 3+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
- Proven experience managing cross team delivery, dependencies, and execution risk in complex environments
- Proven solid facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience operating within scaled or enterprise Agile environments
- Demonstrated familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and delivery based budgeting
- Experience supporting large, complex platforms or multi product programs
- Experience driving or supporting operating model or delivery model evolution

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
