• Provide effective technical support to customers for online banking and related services.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues using diagnostic tools and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Enhance and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
• Serve as a customer advocate, offering feedback and suggesting improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of product support experience, preferably in fintech.
• Proficiency in software application troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with financial systems and payment gateways.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
