We are looking for a commercially driven , relationship- savvy Ecosystems Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition and management of key partners across the financial services ecosystem.
You wi ll be driving our indirect go-to-market strategy— identifying , securing, and enabling strategic alliances with fintechs , technology providers, system integrators, and consultancies that serve our target market.
This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full partnership lifecycle and directly influence revenue growth with the opportunity to shape partnership strategy as we scale.
Requirements- Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partners across financial services, fintech,consultingfirmsand technology ecosystems
- Build andmaintainarobustpipeline ofqualifiedpartners aligned with company growth objectives
- Develop partnership value propositions and commercial models tailored to different partner types
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding through ongoing relationship management
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling activities, and revenue-generating opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment across commercial, product, and operational areas
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals
- Enable partners with the knowledge, materials, and training needed to position Banfico’s solutions effectively
- Track, report, andoptimizepartner performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets
- Work with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, webinars, and ecosystem visibility initiatives
- Provide structured market and partner feedback to Product and Leadership teams
- Support the development of integration, referral, reseller, or technology alliance models where relevant
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships in the SaaS industry, ideally within fintech
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage external stakeholders independently
- Commercial mindset with experience contributing to revenue targets and growth KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including with senior stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning a function in a fast-growing, remote-based, environment
- Proficiency in European languages is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel within Europe for conferences, workshops, internal events and client visits
