Sr. Director, Digital Product & Site Merchandising Purpose

The Sr. Director, Digital Product & Site Merchandising leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the digital product ecosystem and ecommerce experience. This role owns the end‑to‑end digital journey, site merchandising, and go‑to‑market execution, driving conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value. The Sr. Director partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑obsessed, data‑driven digital experiences that align to business goals.

Essential Functions
  • Define and lead the digital product strategy and roadmap aligned to conversion, engagement, and CLV.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized digital initiatives, enhancements, and experiments.
  • Own the customer journey across digital touchpoints and lead UX optimization and experimentation.
  • Lead site merchandising strategy including promotions, product storytelling, and search optimization.
  • Own ecommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, UPT, and funnel metrics, providing insights and dashboards.
  • Partner closely with IT, UX, Analytics, Merchandising, and Marketing to deliver digital experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital product and site merchandising professionals.
Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Years of Related

Experience:

8+ years of ecommerce or digital product management experience; strong background in analytics, optimization, and digital product ownership; experience partnering with technology teams; proven leadership experience.

Required Skills & Abilities: Expertise in ecommerce analytics, CRO, UX optimization, digital merchandising, and product management; experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar; strong communication and leadership skills.
