Pay: $37.04 - $55.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This may be a 100% work-from-home opportunity, but you must reside in Colorado.
SummaryCollects, analyzes, abstracts, and reports on data using information technologies to support clinical/operational processes and departmental/organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities- Designs data queries based on customer inquiries/needs.
- Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data. Defines the scope and format of reports and prepares same.
- Collaborates on the design, implementation and evaluation of data analysis processes, including determining the metrics and methodologies to be used.
- Presents analysis in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and executives, to understand their data needs and provide guidance on data solution development.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong SQL development using best practice industry standards.
- Proficiency with report writing tools such as:
Power BI - Paginated Reports, Dashboards and Data Models, Power Shell, SSIS, SQL Agent and SQL. - Experience with analytical manipulation and interpretation of large databases
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with Epic Chronicles, Clarity and Caboodle
- End-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions:
Experience in delivering complete reporting and analytics solutions
