Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Business Analyst to support ATS and our government customer. This position is remote.

Responsibilities- Interact with the client’s business SMEs to define and decompose high-level requirements
- Builds, edits, and maintains the team backlog.
- Prioritizes backlog items based on user value, time, and other team dependencies.
- Provides story detail and priorities during Iteration Planning and/or Backlog Grooming.
- Coordinates with Scrum Master, Development Team, Product Manager Liaison, Government Product Manager, Government Product Owner (when applicable).
- Coordinates with Architecture team to vet architectural requests.
- Coordinates with Government Product Owner’s to accept stories as completed.
- Provides Acceptance Criteria that assures quality and user expectations.
- Works across teams to define and implement improvement stories based on Inspect and Adapt events.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Federal Government.
- Experience with Agile SDLC process.
- Act as an internal Product Owner to provide guidance to the team in areas related to business requirements.
- Work as a conduit to gather requirements (functional, technical, security etc.) from clients and pass it to the development team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and desire to learn new skills and technologies.
- Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to concisely describe business requirements.
- Documentation of business requirements. Examples of documentation include business requirement specifications (BRS), context diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Presentation of requirements findings and mockups for review with sponsors and end users.
Degree in from an Accredited Institution:
- Bachelors in Computer Science
- Bachelors in Cybersecurity
- Bachelors in Data Science
- Bachelors in Information Systems
- Bachelors in Technology
- Bachelors in Software Engineering or
- CCSP
- CFR
- FITSP-M
- GSEC
- Security+ SSCP
- Working experience with requirement tools (i.e., Jira/Confluence)
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Experience in writing business requirements used to create enterprise class web-based software.
- Ability to research document repositories and existing code.
- Previous agile experience
