In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for the design and development of Service Now solutions accordingly to requirements specified by Process Consultants, while working with peers and more Senior Consultants for Guidance as required
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and contribute to pre-sales activities.
• Deliver high-quality Service Now code and customization with appropriate documentation and testing
• Implement according to business/process requirements, based on good design principles, with an evaluation of potential issues and possible solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding and design standards
• Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary
• Utilize all sources of information and collaborate with your peers to find the best solution for the customer
• Demonstrate expertise with at least one Service Now module implementations leveraging best practices
• Demonstrate testing and quality assurance expertise within code review and production readiness
• Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:
  • ONE (1) CSA or CAD
  • FIVE (5) Micro Certifications
  • ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
