As Senior Innovation Manager (f/m/d) at New Ventures, you'll actively shape the digital transformation of the REHAU Group.

Your mission: Not just plan innovation projects, but execute them. From defining strategic fields and identifying initial pain points, through startup scouting, to the successful rollout of innovative solutions.

• In workshops with REHAU Subgroups, you identify pain points and automation and digitalization potential, evaluating innovation needs using clear KPIs and business cases
• You scout and assess innovative startups, technologies, and business models with a focus on AI and digitalization
• You take ownership of strategic pilot projects and AI initiatives – from conception to implementation and scalability – and guide their integration into our processes
• You act as a change agent in a family-owned company with genuine transformation ambitions, jointly pioneering new approaches to digital transformation
• You build sustainable relationships with founders, VCs and innovation networks, and represent Venture Clienting both internally and externally

• You have several years of experience in project management – whether from innovation, corporate venturing, business development, the startup ecosystem or consulting: you deliver projects successfully
• Youactentrepreneurially:
  You quickly analyze complex business models, translate them into scalable business cases, and articulate even the most complex ideas clearly
• Technology fascinates you:
  You have a solid understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and digitalization, communicate at eye level with developers and are passionate about understanding and applying new technologies
• You are a bridge-builder:
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels come naturally to you – with fluent German language skills, you engage people, inspire them and bring them together in daily customer and stakeholder communication.
