Job Summary

We’re looking for driven and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our elite network of remote sales professionals. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in generating pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for Account Executives. You’ll be trained on industry-leading tools, tested on your outbound capabilities, and matched with a high-growth company that aligns with your skills and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors
  • Generate qualified leads through phone, email, and Linked In outreach
  • Customise messaging based on research and target buyer personas
  • Set up discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads
  • Record and track all outreach in CRMs such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and improve performance
  • Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
  • 2+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach
  • Experience selling B2B services or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to manage 100+ calls per day and drive high-volume outreach
  • Familiarity with tools like CRMs, dialers, Linked In Sales Navigator, and email automation
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and adaptability
