• Capture requirements, define project scope, and obtain scope approval in conjunction with business stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and project cost estimates
• Ensure assigned projects align with organizational goals and strategic priorities while managing risks and dependencies
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Direct and coordinate day-to-day activities of project team members and vendors

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include information systems or business
• 5-7 years of project management experience, particularly in complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Required experience supporting IT or business application projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and delivery practices
• Ability to manage project budgets and financial forecasts effectively

• Experience with Healthcare IT strongly preferred
• Experience managing projects within the Smartsheet work management platform strongly preferred
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
• Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
