- Analyze client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights that inform strategy and drive growth.
- Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics covering client revenues, product adoption, interactions, and issue escalations.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting for strategic campaigns, OKRs, and market analysis.
- Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for relationship management and customer success teams.
- Develop reporting frameworks to optimize team resourcing and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth.
- Automate analytics processes and implement predictive modeling tools to identify opportunities for cross-selling and churn prevention.
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with Big Query experience being highly advantageous.
- Strong data modeling skills and experience using Python for analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Looker developer is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with GCP products such as Big Query, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI is desirable.
