Mindful (Medallia) Callback Integration Consultant Skills Required
- Mindful, Web SCB, and API integration
- Add six additional languages to the Mindful SCB platform.
- Implement changes on the IVR to include the scheduled call back prompt.
- Make PS changes on VCC for agent availability and create a separate skill for scheduled call back per language.
Languages:
Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Armenian, Tagalog. - Multi year development, support project.
