Hybrid work schedule offered, 3 home-based workdays and 2 in office workdays after a training period in office. No relocation offered.

Position SummaryThe Infrastructure Team Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical IT infrastructure initiatives that enable reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise services. This role drives end-to-end project outcomes耀scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits realization謡hile aligning work to organizational standards, governance, and compliance requirements. Success in this position requires a strong technical foundation across networking, server platforms, cloud, and ITSM;
proven project leadership; and effective collaboration with internal engineering teams, across other IT teams, and with strategic vendors.
This role will be responsible for developing project best practices and training/mentoring delivery teams on these defined project management principles. This role will be responsible for monitoring inter-project dependencies and consolidating status and financial reporting for leadership. The chosen candidate will partner with Change Board and Architecture Review Boards (ARB) to ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, budgets, and project timelines. This role will be critical to the success of the infrastructure team in establishing and implementing mid to long term (3-5 years) impact on business results and talent planning.
FocusAreas & Near-Term Priorities
- Complete Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) deployment across HQ and Branch sites.
- Complete execution of new PC rollout to Enterprise.
- Operationalize the backup data center and validate failover, runbooks, and recovery procedures.
- Advance ITSM process maturity (incident, problem, change, request) and strengthen CMDB/asset control aligned to regulatory needs.
- Improve identity and access management (SSO, PAM),and reduce legacy technology risk through modernization initiatives.
- Elevate communication and cross-team prioritization for non-strategic initiatives via standardized intake and governance.
- Migrate project management tracking and tasking from Microsoft Planner to Atlassian Jira platform.
- Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables for infrastructure initiatives; establish stage gates and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage critical path, dependencies, and constraints.
- Drive operational readiness (runbooks, SOPs, support models), transition to steady state, and decommissioning where applicable.
- Publish status reports and dashboards, track benefits realization and post-implementation outcomes.
- Maintain transparent communications of milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead coordination with external vendors (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Finys) and internal engineering teams; manage statements of work and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-team prioritization for non-strategic initiatives; align intake channels, escalation paths, and decision-making cadence.
- Risk, Security & Compliance
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; maintain project scope, decisions, timelines, and contingency plans.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, change management controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in implementing and improving upon CMDB/asset accuracy, configuration baselines, and traceability across environments.
- Coordinate vulnerability, patch, and identity/PAM initiatives to reduce operational risk.
- Lead project squads; clarify roles and responsibilities with RACI; remove impediments and coach for delivery excellence.
- Promote collaboration between infrastructure engineers, service desk, operations, security, and business units.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- On-time delivery rate and schedule variance.
- Budget performance and cost variance; forecast accuracy.
- Change success rate; reduction in incidents and mean time to recovery (MTTR).
- CMDB coverage and accuracy; asset lifecycle traceability.
- Service level improvements and stakeholder satisfaction.
