YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:

Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) is a Capgemini department that comprehensively realises end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading IT technologies and management methods.

We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of Dev Ops, SRE, Low-Code, broadly understood automation and AI.

The complexity and diversity of solutions allows, on the one hand, to build close relationships with clients on various levels, and on the other hand, employees have the opportunity to develop in a wide range of career paths. Our development teams are highly self-organizing and independent, capable in Agile and Lean Software Engineering practices.

YOUR TASKS:

* planning of service transition during the sales process;

* preparation of the transition plan and estimation of costs, as well as presenting those to the client;

* management of the project taking over the service from the client or incumbent provider;

* full responsibility for the project including planning, budgeting, execution, and control;

* management of project team including technical experts;

* communication and reporting of the project status for internal and external stakeholders on different levels;

* close cooperation with the client.

YOUR PROFILE:

* you have experience as a Project Manager in projects of different sizes and complexity, especially in IT area;

* you have experience in managing international project team;

* you have PMP and/or PRINCE2 certifications or experience with Waterfall projects;

* you have knowledge of Agile methodology;

* you have great organizational skills

* you are a self-starter, able to act under pressure and good at communication on different levels;

* you speak advanced English and German;

* You would like to grow in the role of a Transition Manager.
