We are looking for you to join our team as a Technical Trainer or a Principal Technical Trainer based out of Tampa, FL.

What You'll get to Do

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Cyber Systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions.

* Enhance system user experience through developer advocacy, utilizing feedback to champion developer needs and improve overall usability of technical products.

* Develop range of instructional materials and products for technology-based courses, including online, immersive and performance support (e.g., computer-based training, videos, instructional guides).

* Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

* Create and analyze assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities, including knowledge checks.

* 10% travel required

Basic Qualifications for Technical Trainer

* Education

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 3 years of relevant work experience

* Master of Science Degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 2 years of relevant work experience

* 5 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field or STEM discipline with at least 3 years as a technical instructor/teacher may be considered in lieu of degree requirement

* US Citizenship

* Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.
