** Role Overview
** The R2 Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the Animal Health IT EPM portfolio. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, drives cross-functional collaboration, and supports the delivery of technical capabilities across the enterprise.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
* Collaborate with business owners, architects, and technical teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
* Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Ensure compliance with internal governance and lifecycle management standards.
* Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
* Maintain project documentation using tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
** Qualifications

* Required:

*** Minimum Education al Requirement: HS Diploma
* 3+ years of project management experience in IT or related fields.
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
* Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
** Preferred:
*** PMP or equivalent certification.
* Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, animal health).
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* SAP experience is a plus.

** U.S. Hybrid Work Model
