Web Shop Master (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Web Shop Master to oversee and manage our online web shop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s online store, managing product listings, optimizing customer experience, and driving online sales growth.

• Manage and update the online shop’s content, product catalog, pricing and promotions.
• Oversee daily operations of the web shop, ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout.
• Implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve performance and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for improvements.
• Manage online customer service inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and e-commerce regulations

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce websites or online stores (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Good knowledge of user experience (UX) and conversion optimization.
• Basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with online advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Understanding of logistics, order management, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
