As an Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a motivated, highly skilled team that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of services and technologies while partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure success and drive long‑lasting impact.

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients ranging from 5 to 500 users.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
• Identify business needs, document requirements, and guide delivery through our Best Practices Playbooks while supporting clients throughout the implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services resources.
• Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end‑user training.
• Perform basic project management tasks: create onsite agendas, maintain project task lists, and escalates issues to Project Manager & Leadership to keep the project within scope and timeline.

• 1+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.
• 2+ years as an Implementation Consultant with a billable resource model and a utilization target.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for up to 40% travel to customer sites for face‑to‑face meetings as requested.

• Self‑motivated and able to perform independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication—delivers highly complex information in a polished, precise, compelling manner.
• Collaborative—reliably engages others for group success.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Solution‑focused, putting the customer experience first.
• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus.
• Venue and/or exhibition industry experience preferred but not required.
