Epic Radiant Application Analyst Service Line Clinical Applications Remote Eligible Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center
The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between IT and business units to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise systems. The role leads intake activities including ROI analysis and proforma development, gathers and documents business and system requirements, and evaluates new applications and system alternatives to meet evolving business needs. A significant portion of the role includes resolving break‑fix issues, performing system maintenance, and supporting integrations with third‑party radiology and cardiology applications in collaboration with Epic technical support.
This position also supports workflow optimization to enhance system usability, integration performance, and the overall patient experience.
- The role ensures the operational effectiveness of enterprise applications, addressing user needs while assisting with incidents, updates, and upgrades to maintain system health.
- Provide ongoing analysis and trouble‑shooting support of application system components to meet needs and clinical/business requirements.
- Perform applications testing and participate in integrated testing of current and newly released vendor functionality to ensure system reliability.
- Contribute to updates, upgrades, and projects within and across applications and develop application‑specific solutions. Provide 24/7 customer support for applications within accountability.

If supporting an Epic application, appropriate EPIC Certification is required within 6 months.
