• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and automation
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Manage data imports, migrations, and perform regular data audits and cleanup activities
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a strong understanding of CRM strategy and data models
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts and Apex
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, particularly with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Comfort working in an agile environment with a small team of administrators
