IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Systems Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their technical needs and translating those requirements into effective solutions.

• Analyze existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Gather and document technical and functional requirements from business users.
• Design and recommend new systems, applications, or enhancements to existing systems.
• Develop, test, and implement new software solutions and system configurations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
• Assist in the integration of new hardware and software with existing systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners for system procurement and support.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards related to data security and privacy.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Familiarity with programming, scripting, and automation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft are advantageous.

• Office environment with possible remote work flexibility.
• Availability for on-call support during off-hours or emergencies.
