• Serve as the primary analytics partner to Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership by anticipating needs and translating complex data into strategic recommendations
• Deliver high-impact analyses and dashboards to address critical business challenges and inform executive decision-making
• Define and track GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals
• Write optimized SQL queries and manage data build tool (dbt) models for reliable analyses and scalable data pipelines
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable data solutions and onboard new data sources for evolving GTM analytics

• 5+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions within a Software as a Service (SaaS) or Go-To-Market (GTM) environment
• 5+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries and building data models using dbt
• Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy and improve processes
• Expertise with visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong foundation in statistics and probability, with experience in forecasting and predictive modeling

• Familiarity with revenue technology (revtech) software such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoom Info, or 6sense
• Track record of managing multiple projects and delivering measurable business impact
