Job Summary
The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for support, enhancement, and optimization of the organization’s ERP and related business applications with an initial focus on production, planning, and engineering processes. The role expects a detail‑oriented, proactive individual familiar with the Infor M3 ERP system and its modules. It also includes moderate‑level computer and technical support to end‑users, ensuring seamless operations across business and IT functions.

Essential FunctionsJob Responsibilities
- Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for Infor M3 ERP, providing functional and technical support to business users.
- Delivers end‑user training and first‑line support for both M3 and associated desktop tools as they relate to ERP operations.
- In coordination with department leaders, analyzes and improves business processes through M3 deployments, configurations, and enhancements.
- Collaborates with users and stakeholders to define requirements, implement ERP changes, and ensure proper testing and documentation.
- Partners with Infor and third‑party vendors on issue resolution, upgrades, and patch management.
- Develops and maintains system documentation, training materials, and process flows.
- Supports ERP‑related projects including new module implementation, system integration, and cloud migration.
- Monitors ERP system performance and assists with data integrity, user access control, and security compliance.
- Provides moderate computer support, including: troubleshooting desktop software issues (e.g., Microsoft Office, printing, email access); assisting with user account and permission setups within ERP and related applications; supporting peripheral hardware setup (scanners, label printers, workstations); coordinating with IT infrastructure teams for more advanced issues or escalations.
- Ensures and follows safety requirements and standards.
- Maintains a safe, neat, and orderly work environment.
- Performs all duties in a manner that follows, demonstrates, and promotes Company’s values.
- Reports to work as scheduled, on time, and able to work the entire work schedule.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to understand and document existing business processes and translate them into new, more effective processes within the ERP solution.
- Knowledge, skill, and ability in ERP systems and implementation.
- Competency in basic desktop support, including Microsoft 365, basic networking, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
- Possesses a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to be highly adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support Etac North American Mobility locations depending on business needs.
- Ability to observe and identify details.
- Ability to work extended hours as scheduled, including weekends.
- Frequent sitting, wrist manipulation, walking, and standing.
- Frequent sedentary work with lifting up to 10 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to type and operate office equipment frequently.
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements to perform essential functions.
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Infor M3 ERP, including system configuration and user support.
- ERP implementation and analytical experience.
