** Role Overview:
** We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven
** Senior Manager – GRC Business Intelligence & Operations
** to be responsible for leveraging data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services, initiatives, and operations. This role serves as the bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring that leadership and stakeholders have actionable insights to manage work, risk, ensure compliance, and optimize resource allocations. The individual will partner with other GRC professionals to design and implement dashboards, track key GRC operational performance indicators (KPIs), and provide in-depth analysis to drive informed strategies that align with organizational objectives and service delivery.

Additionally, this role will help deliver the effective execution of GRC initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, tactical schedule development and management, and the leadership of cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. By translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence and driving successful project outcomes, the GRC Business Intelligence & Operations professional plays a critical role in enhancing efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting automation efforts across the organization.

The
** Senior Manager – GRC Business Intelligence & Operations
** reports to the Associate Director – Cyber Security Control and should have strong analytical skills, technical expertise in business intelligence tools, a solid understanding of GRC principles, and demonstrated experience in workstream management. They should excel at communicating complex data in a clear, actionable manner, leading cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record of delivering value for the business in a fast-paced environment.

The role will require organization, executive presence, and the ability to lead through transformation, developing productive and successful partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.
