• Serve as the functional and process expert for the AI Delivery Acceleration team
• Consult with product owners to transition business requirements into configuration needs for Service Now Generative AI products
• Lead design workshops to gather requirements and capture personas, interactions, and data needs
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria while supporting product owners in the Agile development process
• Assist in unit and user-acceptance testing to ensure successful product development

• At least 5 years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations
• Proven ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases
• Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
• Experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements for Agile Development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in tools like Miro and Power Point

• Experience deploying Generative AI Solutions
• Background in Knowledge-Centered Service / Support technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
• Proven experience in analyzing and recommending strategies based on business priorities
