• Support Stage Gate Governance activities through scheduling, action tracking, and documentation
• Maintain project controls and artifacts to ensure disciplined execution
• Coordinate recurring PMO operating rhythms, including meetings and follow‑ups
• Assist with PMO Communications, preparing updates and announcements
• Support project closeout activities, including documentation and lessons learned capture

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced project management environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet and/or Jira preferred)

• Familiarity with SharePoint/Confluence
• Knowledge of project management processes and technologies
• Experience working within structured governance models
• Service mindset with the ability to operate across cross‑functional teams
