• Develop and maintain application systems while following control processes for change requests and enhancements
• Support existing information systems through problem management and troubleshooting
• Investigate system needs, propose solutions, and present recommendations to senior analysts and management
• Act as a liaison between system vendors and internal departments
• Guide and advise less experienced analysts on application systems analysis and programming activities

• With Associate Degree:
  Three years of experience in designing, building, and supporting systems applications
• Without Associate Degree:
  Five years of experience in designing, building, and supporting systems applications
• Must obtain EPIC credential through certification or accreditation within six weeks of completing Epic training
• Basic understanding of industry requirements and business implications of technology applications
• Competence in most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities

• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
