• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in SaaS or marketplaces
• Proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to n
• Strong business acumen with comfort in P&Ls and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to various audiences
• Technical fluency and understanding of applying LLMs in workflows

• Experience in early-stage, high-ownership roles or launching personal projects
• Understanding of the creator economy, video, and marketplace trends
• Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams and understand technical concepts
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding user experience and system nuances
• A proactive bias for action, with a focus on rapid testing and iteration
