• Manage multiple Word Press projects, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and translating technical concepts
• Oversee project onboarding, maintain organized backlogs, and evaluate client requests for strategic fit
• Review deliverables for quality and alignment while monitoring budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and anticipate project needs

• 3–5 years of digital agency project management experience, specifically with Word Press projects
• Familiarity with agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
• Superior time management skills to coordinate multiple projects effectively
  
  Ability to work during core Pacific Time Zone hours

• Experience managing and working with distributed project teams in a remote environment
• Knowledge of website performance best practices and development fundamentals
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to handle day-to-day delivery and issue tracking
