• Lead end-to-end technical deliveries, designing and testing solutions to meet business needs
• Serve as a technical consultant for stakeholders on product integrations and problem-solving
• Manage carrier network integrations and coordinate system launches
• Collaborate with development teams to design, configure, and map solutions for clients
• Analyze and troubleshoot object-oriented code and data formats

• Expert-level knowledge of EDI X12 (204, 214, and 990 sets) and API configurations
• Strong technical foundation in networks and protocols such as HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, and Firewalls
• Proven ability to analyze object-oriented code and data formats including Java, XML, SOAP, REST, and XSLT
• Experience with technical documentation and navigating complex organizational structures
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a related technical role

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
• Working knowledge of SQL and software tools like JIRA, Maven, or Jenkins
• Background in transportation visibility products or transportation logistics
