This senior role requires 10+ years of experience in configuring enterprise SaaS platforms and 5+ years in Service Now administration. The successful candidate will lead technical support and work closely with various business stakeholders to optimize existing applications and facilitate integrations. This position is remote with occasional travel to the New York office.
