- Facilitate configuration meetings with clients and perform quality assurance testing during development
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience dealing with clients/users at all levels
- At least 3 years of experience working in an agile system development life cycle environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and JIRA
- Experience in the marketing or financial industry
- Working knowledge of the BABOK and familiarity with XML, HTML, and CSS
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
