• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Premium & Priority support work streams
• Provide onboarding and cross-skilling training to exceed KPIs and SLAs
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer masterclasses and develop training facilitators
• Identify and implement process optimizations through data analysis
• Engage in hands-on production roles to maintain subject matter expertise

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a related production role, preferably training
• Expert-level knowledge of Customer Experience and customer service best practices
• Proven track record of leading significant continuous process improvements
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and engage stakeholders

• High level of proficiency in cryptocurrency and employer products
• Previous experience in tech, crypto, finance, or fintech
• Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile
• Experience leading and developing remote or virtual teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive independent strategic initiatives
