• Lead day-to-day operations as part of the Salesforce Development team, providing maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training.
• Oversee Salesforce enhancement projects to align with business needs, collaborating with Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
• Manage Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and CRM systems administration and deliver testing and QA of enhancements.
• Drive architecture discussions and technical decisions while ensuring adherence to Agile development best practices.
• Ensure the team provides web/application security and create best practices for Salesforce solutions.

• At least 10+ years of total work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in architecting, implementing, and administering Salesforce applications.
• Salesforce Certifications of either Application Architect or System Architect.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physical/Life Science, or a related field.
• Significant experience working collaboratively with a team of Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong experience with the full Salesforce development life cycle, including administration, configuration, and development.
• Knowledge of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
• Experience with data loading and extraction using non-Salesforce ETL tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
