Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst
KOMAN Holdings, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with federal contracting experience to support our Construction Sector subsidiaries, from a remote setting.

- Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules meet company standards and client needs.
- Create, manage, and regularly update detailed project schedules for federal government construction projects using Primavera P6, MS Project and other project management tools.
- Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and make sure all sequences are optimized for constructability.
- Read and interpret project contracts to identify critical dates, deliverables, and performance obligations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel, vendors, and consultants to maintain alignment between schedule and actual project execution.
- Manage project cost and schedule through Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Track permitting applications and approvals, ensuring all submissions are timely, accurate, and well-documented.
- Maintain centralized records of timelines, approvals, reports, and key project correspondence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate updates, track project milestones, and monitor program performance metrics.
- Identify and assess project risk, identified during the RFP phase and ensure such risk is built into the project schedule in accordance with contractual documents
- 5+ years of project scheduling experience
- BS, MS, or other advanced degree or relevant experience or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Experience with Change Management and how it should be identified within a project schedule.
- Extensive knowledge of Project Schedule development using Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
- Experience generating resource and cost-loaded schedules is required.
