We’relooking for a hands-on, resourceful

Marketing Managerto join our growingteamand help lead the digital presence for multiple healthcare-focused companies. This fully remote role is part of a small, collaborative marketing team, whereyou’llhave the opportunity to shape strategy and execution across multiple brands.

Adobetools,is a self-starter who thrives inremote capacity, is comfortable juggling priorities, and brings strongexpertisein managingsocial and website presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update multiple Word Press websites, ensuring content is fresh,accurate, and aligned with brand standards

Own and execute Linked In strategies for multiple healthcare brands—growing followers, increasing engagement, and driving thought leadership

Manage social media presence acrossadditionalplatforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X, tailored to each brand's audience

Create and schedule content (posts, images, articles) that align with brand voice and marketing goals

Track, measure, and report on digital performance—identifying insights to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders(designers, developers, copywriters)

Optimizewebsite content and social posts using SEO and keyword best practices

Contribute to email campaigns, lead generation efforts, and content planning

What We’re Looking For

5-10years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry

Demonstrated success managing Linked In channels, including content planning, audience growth, and analytics

Proficient in Word Press and comfortable making updates, managing plugins, and troubleshooting issues

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social scheduling tools (e.g.,Hubspot)

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands and competing priorities

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment

Collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Bonus Points

Experience with healthcareindustryin digital marketing

Fluent with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

Familiarity with email marketing tools like Hub Spot
