• Lead the execution of medium to large-scale projects or work streams with clearly defined scope
• Coordinate across business, digital, and functional stakeholders to drive alignment and progress
• Support delivery using Agile and hybrid approaches, including quarterly planning, standups, dependency management, retrospectives and status reporting
• Identify, document, and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate
• Track, report and drive progress against scope, schedule, and delivery milestones
• Facilitate project startup, requirements clarification, and ongoing delivery activities
• Contribute to consistent governance, transparency, and outcome focused execution
• Projects within the Client Segment Portfolios support:

• Client centric innovations and targeted offerings
• Enhancements to digital and in-person client experiences and branch enablement
• Cross firm initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams and capabilities

• 3-5 years experience supporting or leading medium-to-large-scale projects
• Comfort working in matrixed, cross functional environments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile/SAFe practices and enterprise delivery tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certifications

Candidates that live within commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
