IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, Cloud Computing, Technical Support
The Platform Consultant serves as a subject matter expert responsible for helping clients successfully implement, configure, optimize, and adopt technology platforms. This role combines technical expertise, consulting skills, and client relationship management to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives. The Platform Consultant works closely with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams while operating in a fully remote environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead platform implementation and optimization projects for clients
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical platform solutions
Configure platform features, workflows, integrations, and user settings
Provide strategic recommendations to improve platform adoption and efficiency
Conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and technical workshops
Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with engineering teams on complex solutions
Develop and maintain documentation, solution designs, and best practices
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long‑term success and satisfaction
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
4–7 years of experience in platform consulting, implementation, technical consulting, or SaaS environments
Strong understanding of platform configuration, workflows, and system integrations
Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or professional services capacity
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Experience with enterprise platforms or SaaS solutions
Certifications related to relevant platforms or cloud technologies
Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and automation workflows
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Prior experience supporting enterprise-level clients
Annual Salary Range: $105,000 – $145,000 USD
, based on experience, technical expertise, and geographic location
