Junior Data Scientist

• Transform, improve, and integrate data according to business requirements
• Plan and scope end-to-end data analysis projects by identifying business problems and selecting appropriate tests and solutions
• Use SQL and Big Query to combine and prepare datasets from multiple sources
• Deliver data insights in a clear and visually appealing manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with Engineering, Reporting, Product, Paid Media, and Data Science teams to support client needs

• Intermediate programming skills in R or Python for data cleaning, modeling, and pipeline development
• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and large language models (LLMs)
• Intermediate SQL skills, including proficiency with window functions and debugging
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Associate’s degree, bootcamp certification, or practical work experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field
• Exposure to marketing analyses such as media-mix models or incrementality testing
• Experience with analytics software, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Familiarity with clean room environments and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
